Who do you ship your coffee with?

We use Royal Mail, Fedex and DPD. RM48 for orders under 2kg which is a 2-3 day service, and Fedex/DPD for orders over 2kg which is usually 2 working days.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

How Fresh will my coffee be?

We dispatch coffee throughout its optimum drinking window. This may be upto 8 weeks after roast date. If you specifically require the freshest available roast, please leave a note with your order or get in touch before ordering

How long does coffee stay fresh?

When coffee is roasted, coffee beans give off CO2 which can make dialing in for espresso difficult and the coffee taste a little carbon like. We believe our coffee tastes at it’s peak 4-6 weeks after roasting. Giving sufficient time to rest helps to bring more subtle nuances to your cup. All of our bags have best before 6 months of roast date on the back label.

How Should I store My coffee?

Coffee does not like light or moisture. Please keep your coffee at room temperature in a sealed bag/container. Don’t store it in the fridge.

How often do you roast coffee?

We roast at least 2 days per week. Our Love Lane and Decaf’s we roast in 12kg batches and our single origin in 6kg batches.
