Our new roaster is a Giesen

Giesen roasters are Used in the world coffee roasting championships.

We knew there was only one choice of coffee roaster when deciding to upscale our production roasts. With a manual valve installed we have full control of our burners and our roasts.

We use data logging software to enable us to profile the roast, and cup daily to make sure that every batch is of the highest standard.

‼️Anaerobic Yirgacheffe‼️ An absolute fruit bomb! 🥭🍓🍑💥 The small farmers in this region grow their coffee in small garden plots around their homes interlocked with papaya, enset and avocado. The cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness and brought to the Gargari Gutiti washing station which is notable for its highly strict and uncompromising standards.
