We have been smoking various coffees over the past few weeks with the fantastic Belhaven Smokehouse. The Malawi AAA coffee was the clear winner for smoking. Smoked over oak whisky barrel chippings for 48 hours after roasting. Expect a soft smoke sweetness on the tongue with an aroma of sea air.
